More about Karen

After completing her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, Karen received her doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Missouri. She continued to research autism spectrum disorders at the University of California at Davis before transitioning to the world of policymaking at the Capitol Office of State Senator Dr. Richard Pan. When she isn’t sharing her passion for evidence-based policy, Karen enjoys spending her time running, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
