The League of Women Voters of Monterey County will present a free talk titled: "Tarpey Flats-Pro and Con" at an in-person "Lunch and Learn" Meeting at noon on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.1101 Olmsted Road is a proposed high density development project in Monterey County. It would be located on 7 acres with 375 townhomes on the eastern side of Olmsted and 350 units of three-story multi-family housing on the western side.
