The Secretary of State is California’s chief election
officer and controls the heart of our democracy. The candidates for Secretary of State will come together on Monday, March 3, 2014
to present their vision for California’s election system. It's your chance to hear directly from the candidates and hear how they plan to face these important issues:
- Same-day voter registration
- Money in politics
- Transparency
- Accessible voting
- Language access
- Antiquated voting machines
- Felony disenfranchisement
