From the post-Civil War to post-Roe v Wade periods, Kezerian will discuss the path to ideological polarization in Congress. He will touch on the impacts of interest groups, money and elections, powerful personalities, and Supreme Court rulings, among other negative influences on the institution. Dr. Kezerian, Professor Emeritus, retired after a forty-year career teaching History at MPC and the Gentrain Program.
