Before making a stock transfer through our bank, use this transfer form so we can identify and acknowledge your gift. Brokerage firms will not share donor information if it is not provided directly from the donor using the transfer form. Without this form, we are unable to identify stock donors and cannot acknowledge your donation.
To make a gift of stock, please submit the form below before you or your broker transfer your shares to the League's account at Wells Fargo.
