The LWV advocates for immigration reform based on study aimed at helping communities understand the implications of immigration at the local, state, and federal level.
Delegates to the 2006 Convention voted to undertake a study on immigration. After study and consensus, the League position was finalized in 2008 and sent to Capitol Hill.
