The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles' Past President, Mona Field, once again joins Skirball to support voters in a live presentation to assist California constituents in decoding the often perplexing state ballot initiatives. Participants will join Mona as they master their understanding of ballot language and meaning. The League will also be tabling at the Skirball to register voters. This event is free and open to the public.
