Taking a Look at the Courts: Join the Discussion With the President constantly testing the limits of executive power and the ability of judges to stop him, plus threats to impeach judges, the need for clarity on the proper role of the federal courts and the principles that should guide them are painfully obvious. Federal Judicial Study: Discussion and Consensus Meeting, Tuesday, April 1, 6pm This Zoom meeting is part of the U.S. League’s Study of the Federal Judiciary.
