As City Manager, Georgeanne oversees the City’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for implementing Mayor Dyer’s One Fresno vision and enacting the public policy priorities adopted by the Mayor and City Council. A City Hall veteran with experience in both the mayoral and council arms of government, Georgeanne has a deep understanding of what it takes to work with staff and community members to ensure City government works for the people. This includes improving customer service, program and service quality ,and the efficiency and effectiveness of program and service delivery.
