Monterey County's Cannabis Industry - Up In Smoke, Wednesday, November 9

The League of Women Voters of Monterey County will present a free talk titled: "Monterey County's Cannabis Industry - Up In Smoke" at a live-streamed General Meeting at noon on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.The  Monterey County Civil Grand Jury provides oversight to ensure that efficient and honest government is operating in the best interest of the people. This year the Grand Jury released a report outlining multiple examples of regulatory dysfunction in the county’s cannabis industry oversight, accounting and economic tracking.
