The League of Women Voters of Monterey County will present a free talk titled: "Voting Matters: What About Turnout?” at a live-streamed "Lunch and Learn" Meeting at noon on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.Turn-out drives election results. But to be able to turn out, a potential voter first has to be registered. In Monterey County, an estimated 1 in 6 eligible voters are not registered to vote.
