Dr. Jean Reith Schroedel is a Research Fellow and Professor of Political Science at Claremont Graduate University.  She is the author of "Voting in Indian Country" and will discuss the inequities and challenges on- and off-reservations. Her past books include, "Evangelicals and Democracy in America: Religion and Politics," "Is the Fetus a Person? A Comparison of Policies Across the Fifty States," "Congress, the President and Policymaking: A Historical Analysis" and "Alone in a Crowd: Women in the Trades Tell Their Stories"
